1. Service
FreshMart is an online grocery service that delivers fresh vegetables, fruits and household grocery items to your home.
2. Orders
When you place an order you agree to provide accurate delivery details. Delivery is subject to availability and your area's delivery coverage. Products may be substituted only if a requested item is unavailable; we confirm any change with you before delivery.
3. Payment
Orders are payable on delivery (Cash on Delivery). No online card or bank payment is accepted or requested.
4. Cancellations and returns
Orders can be cancelled as shown in the app. Damaged or incorrect items may be returned per our return policy shown at checkout and in the Help Center.
5. Responsible use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' accounts, or disrupt the website's operation.
