1. What we collect
FreshMart collects only the information needed to deliver your grocery order: your name, mobile number, delivery address, selected location, cart contents and order history.
2. How we use it
This information is used exclusively to confirm orders, coordinate delivery, provide order updates and respond to your support requests. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.
3. Payment
FreshMart collects payment on delivery (Cash on Delivery). We never collect or store card, bank or UPI credentials online.
4. Account security
Your password is stored as a secure hash and never stored in plain text. Login sessions use httpOnly, Secure, SameSite cookies that cannot be read by page scripts.
5. Cookies and storage
We use functional localStorage for your cart and preferences, and an httpOnly session cookie for login. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
